This summer tradition is made possible due to the generous tax deductible donations made by Brisbane businesses as well as local families who have come to eagerly anticipate the concerts each year because of the value they add to the community.

Would you consider being a sponsor for the 2016 Concert Series?  Please contact Steve Beaty at (415) 508-2144 for more information.  Here is the 2016 Sponsorship Form.

Calling all Teens

Printer-friendly version

The Brisbane Parks & Recreation Department is actively seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and motivated teens to join the Youth Advisory Committee (YAC).  Committee members have the important duty of advising the Parks & Recreation Commission and  Recreation staff on the programs and issues that concern the youth and teens in the Brisbane community.  This is a great way to get involved in your community and make a difference.  YAC members will also participate in the annual YAC Attack event through the California Parks & Recreation Society.  YAC Attack is a one day educational leadership conference for YAC members from all over Northern California.  Applications will be reviewed as they are received by YAC Advisor, Ricardo Monroy, and Recreation Supervisor, Steve Beaty.  Once a committee is established, meetings will be scheduled on Wednesday evenings once per month.  (Be advised that the Committee generally does not meet in the Summer and YAC meetings are conducted only August-May.)  For additional information, please contact Ricardo directly at rmonroy@ci.brisbane.ca.us or 415-508-2143 – Application available online here.  Apply today!
