WATER AEROBICS
No matter what age, size, or shape you are in, water aerobics will help you tone up and slim down as well as strengthen muscles, improve balance and increase flexibility.  By utilizing the water's natural buoyancy and resistance properties, movements can be tailored for injuries, arthritis, pregnancy or other health issues. 

SUMMER SESSION

(starts June 21)

Monday/Wednesday/Friday

10:15am – 11:15am

Fee:

$7 drop-in, $84 pass fee

 

 

PM CLASSES

 

Days:

Tuesday/Thursday

Times:

7:00 pm – 8:000pm

Fee:

SATURDAYS

 

Times:

9:30 - 10:30am

Fee:

$7 drop-in, $84 pass fee

FALL SESSION
