WATER AEROBICS No matter what age, size, or shape you are in, water aerobics will help you tone up and slim down as well as strengthen muscles, improve balance and increase flexibility. By utilizing the water's natural buoyancy and resistance properties, movements can be tailored for injuries, arthritis, pregnancy or other health issues.
