The City of Brisbane’s Finance Department provides the following services; Accounts Payables (bill paying to our vendors), Revenue Collection, Accounting Services, Business Licenses, Budgeting and long-range financial planning, Information Technology (computer and network maintenance), Payroll, and Utility Billing (Water and Sewer Bills).

** Residents and businesses can use Mastercard or Visa in City Hall to pay their water and sewer bills at the Finance Counter or pay for permits needed through the Community Development or Public Works Departments.
