Approve Resolutions 2010-35 and 2010-36 related to changes in the Confidential Employees and Executive Management Employees Groups' Memorandum of Understandings, and Authorize the City Manager to Execute Side Letters of Understanding with the General Employees and Mid-Management/Professional Employees Groups

A. Consider adoption of Resolution 2010-29, imposing charges for funding the local Brisbane stormwater program, authorizing placement of said charges on the 2010-11 County tax roll, and authorizing the County Tax Collector to collect such charges
