The Baylands Draft EIR is now available for review from the links below.  Copies are also available on CD or thumb drive at City Hall at no cost.  Paper copies are available for viewing at City Hall and the Brisbane Library.  Paper copies of the Draft EIR, with a CD of the appendices, may also be purchased at City Hall for $25.  Contact the Community Development Department at (415) 508-2120 for more information.  

The public review and comment period on the Draft EIR has concluded.  The comment period was open for 228 days, from June 11, 2013 to January 24, 2014. Comments received on the Draft EIR may be found on the DEIR Comments page.

A general overview and summary of the Draft EIR was provided in an informational presentation series held by the City in June 2013.  To view the presentations, please view the DEIR Meetings page.
